PD Talks通过一系列基础介绍与具体实例结合的主题讲座形式,讲解课堂活动设计理念和方法,帮助教师梳理基础教学概念,掌握相关话题的课堂教学活动设计及其方法性运用,解决课堂教学中常见困扰。实例活动可操作性和适配性强,教师无需额外花费精力进行改编,就能即刻提升教学效果。

新任教师进阶研修项目
 
此项目将高屋建瓴的理论指导与落地实用的实践指导相结合,专业引领与反思相结合,全方位助力教师进阶发展,在课堂教学上不断完善,提升教学效果。
 
内容实用、基于课堂,为教师们提供了教案设计必备技能,以将核心教学理论与方法应用于课堂。参加该项目的教师不仅能获得各种立即运用于课堂的教学活动,还将对活动进行深入剖析,发现其背后的设计原理,从而能够更好地将理论运用到实际教学之中。
 
基于教师能力与学习需求不同,本项目将每个话题细分为6个模块,从不同方面进行深入探讨,线上线下灵活参加,可满足个性化定制需求。
 
作为入门研修项目,为不同教学背景的教师提供职业进阶发展支持。新晋教师将了解不同教学理念,并体验多元化教学理念下的丰富课堂活动。有一定教学经验的教师们则将回顾并加深对教学法的理解,进一步提高教学质量,同时更好地向他人传达自己的教学理念。

资深教师国际研修项目

资深教师国际研修项目
 
OTA由牛津大学与牛津大学出版社联合设计开发,希冀提升教师全球胜任力,解决教师在面对不同年龄段的学生(如青少年或成人)以及在教授不同用途英语课程(如学术英语或商务英语)时可能遇到的各类教学问题。OTA所有材料与导师均经过牛津大学继续教育学院认证。本项目旨在让各位教师直接参与到学习过程之中,并从中获得丰富经验,参与者们有机会在不用担心教学效果的情况下尝试各种全新教学活动、反思现有教学经验,并与其他资深教师建立联系、互通有无。
 
本项目最短周期为18小时(通常为期3天),内容包括1个引入单元、围绕甄选话题的9个研讨会、每个研讨会之后持续10分钟的回顾环节、以及一日课程结束后的反馈与思考环节。参与人员需要在每日课程结束后完成一份学习评估表格,随后这些简短的测试内容将被送往牛津大学进行评估。修完所有指定科目并达到评估要求的参与人员将获得牛津大学继续教育学院的认证证书。
 
本项目使用英文材料、全英文授课,并需要进行一些学术阅读,参与人员需要拥有CEFR-B2等级英语水平(相当于雅思6分同等水平),以及3年以上教学经验。
